I thank you all for your efforts so far, if anyone is still having difficulty in sending their template please attend the nipa office on Tuesday night at 7:30 pm.

Also, would those sending the results please attach their phone number to their email so if there is a problem we can contact you. Some of the minor problems are

1, do not send in PDF format only excel.
2, Please ensure on your email subject box, you enter your race and club name.
3, All IR Numbers must be included against all members regardless if they are already in the result.
4, Please ensure ring numbers contain lettering ie GB, IHU, BELG, etc.
5, Please ensure you only put one decimal point in the velocity ie 1243.56, not 1234..56
6, Some of you are still sending your result on an old template that is not now recognised by the system. We will forward all clubs a new template this week, please save it and use it for all future results, please remember to delete any old templates from your computer
